The Role

The Director of Finance will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive finance strategy, ensuring the company's financial performance aligns with shareholder expectations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the day-to-day financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with professional advisers, including auditors, lawyers, and tax consultants.
  • Providing financial guidance and support to the Executive Team and Board Members.
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:

  • A degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance.
  • Professional certifications, such as CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or CIPFA.
  • Proven experience in a Finance Director role, with a strong understanding of regeneration and financial models.
