Job Title: Financial Business Partner

Advance Northumberland is seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our business strategy and ensuring the financial stability and growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and analyze key financial information to inform business decisions and ensure future financial stability and growth.
  2. Establish and maintain financial policies and management information systems to support business operations.
  3. Provide high-quality support services to management colleagues on all aspects of finance.
  4. Conduct financial appraisals of new projects, prepare cash flows, and perform sensitivity analysis to inform business decisions.
  5. Support the preparation of in-year and year-end periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
