Job Title: Finance Business Partner

This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our team at Michael Page Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our stakeholders and partners in delivering positive physical and economic development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to provide insightful financial data and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Financial Support: Provide financial support and guidance to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems within the Finance department, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning and decision-making, providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cashflow statements.
Requirements:
  • CIMA or Equivalent: Hold a CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Finance Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner in the property industry, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with a proactive approach to work.

  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of £54,000 - £58,000 per annum based on experience.
