About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring the effective and sustained financial performance of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a suitable finance model for the business, aligned with shareholder expectations.
- Lead the day-to-day financial operations of the company, supporting the business plan and financial reporting.
- Develop a framework of professional advisers for the Group, ensuring financial best practice and statutory compliance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification or equivalent, and be qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA/CIPFA. They will have a good understanding of regeneration and financial models associated with regeneration projects, including housing and/or construction project management. Previous experience in a Finance Director role is essential.
