About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Analytics department at Michael Page Technology. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Insights
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of business data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
    • Develop and maintain advanced data models and dashboards to support business decision-making.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Business Partnership
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored data insights.
    • Develop and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis tools and technologies, including Power BI and Microsoft Office.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team's skills and knowledge remain current.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, including Power BI and Microsoft Office.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
