About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at TLP Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our Business Intelligence & Analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product management, stakeholders, and other teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, prioritizing them using agile methodologies.
  • Design and Develop Reports and Dashboards: Utilize Power BI to create data visualizations, conduct data analysis, profiling, and metrics collection to measure performance.
  • Support and Train Business Users: Provide guidance and training to business users on data analytics tools, while mentoring analysts to enhance reporting solutions and analytical techniques.
  • Define and Execute Test Cases: Develop and execute test cases, write and perform tests, investigate failures, and support user acceptance testing.
  • Monitor and Analyze Production Issues: Collaborate on resolutions, focus on data modeling and design using data warehouse patterns and techniques such as Kimball and EDW.

Requirements
  • 5+ Years in BI & Analytics Delivery: Proven experience in delivering business intelligence and analytics solutions.
Technology Stack & Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure (ADLS Gen 2, Azure SQL, Synapse), Power BI, SQL, DAX, Python, and Azure DevOps. Strong SQL skills, data analysis, and modeling (Kimball, EDW), with experience in Power BI visualizations.
