About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at TLP Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our Business Intelligence & Analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and stakeholders, to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, prioritizing them using agile methodologies.
  • Design and develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, leveraging data analysis, profiling, and metrics to measure performance and inform business decisions.
  • Support and train business users in adopting data analytics tools, while mentoring analysts to enhance reporting solutions and analytical techniques.
  • Define and execute test cases and data requirements, write and perform tests, investigate failures, and support user acceptance testing.
  • Monitor and analyze production issues, collaborate on resolutions, and focus on data modeling and design using data warehouse patterns and techniques such as Kimball and EDW.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in BI & Analytics delivery.
Technology Stack & Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure (ADLS Gen 2, Azure SQL, Synapse), Power BI, SQL, DAX, Python, and Azure DevOps. Strong SQL skills, data analysis, and modeling (Kimball, EDW), with experience in Power BI visualizations.
