LB Wandsworth Schools is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Human Resources to guide our dedicated HR team of Advisors and Assistants. This role is crucial in ensuring the provision of a high-quality HR service that aligns with our organizational goals.

The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and leading HR strategies during a period of significant growth. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will collaborate closely with the senior leadership team. We are looking for an approachable and proactive individual with relevant HR experience, preferably in an educational or commercial setting. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and demonstrate integrity, compassion, and empathy in their approach.

Currently, our organization employs nearly 200 staff members and serves 215 students across two locations. With plans for expansion, including a new purpose-built facility, we anticipate an increase in both student enrollment and staffing needs.
