Role Overview
As the Executive Assistant to the Creative Director of Interior Design, you will be instrumental in facilitating the seamless operation of the creative division. Your role will encompass a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks, including managing the Creative Director's calendar and liaising with various stakeholders. This position offers a unique chance to engage in the vibrant creative process at our design studio, contributing to the development of exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily agenda of the Creative Director, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel logistics.
- Organize travel plans, accommodations, and logistics for both domestic and international trips.
- Assist the Creative Director in overseeing project timelines and deliverables.
- Procure furniture and manage repairs for properties in the UK and abroad.
- Coordinate installations, deliveries, and international shipments to various properties.
- Serve as a liaison between the Creative Director and designers, suppliers, and collaborators, aiding in photoshoots and other projects.
- Represent the Creative Director with professionalism, ensuring all interactions reflect the brand's high standards.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Office Management Duties:
- Ensure the efficient operation of the Creative Director's office, maintaining organization and productivity.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing all necessary materials in advance.
- Collaborate closely with the design team and other departments to enhance communication and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within the creative or design sectors.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
