Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in the delivery of VAT services, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and growth.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and development.
  • Contribute to business development and proposal activities, identifying new opportunities and driving growth.
  • Ensure adherence to risk procedures, maintaining a strong control environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in VAT or Indirect Tax, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality advice.
  • Experience in people management, with a focus on developing and mentoring team members.
  • Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) or Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualification.

  • A competitive base salary, above market average, ranging from £80,000 to £100,000.
