VAT Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled VAT Senior Manager/Associate Director to join our team at PRO-TAX RECRUITMENT LIMITED. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing business that specializes in indirect tax services.
Key Responsibilities:- Take full responsibility for project delivery on your portfolio, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Review and provide feedback on work prepared by junior team members, promoting growth and development.
- Liaise with HMRC to ensure compliance and effective communication.
- Manage client relationships, identifying business development opportunities and working with partners to develop these.
- Provide support to partners on client matters, assisting with staff recruitment and management.
- Develop and maintain contact with clients at senior levels, ensuring the firm's confidence and trust.
- Significant understanding of UK VAT and previous experience within the field.
- In-depth knowledge of recent key updates and areas of focus in Real estate and Construction VAT.
- Responsibility for VAT compliance for your own portfolio and VAT advice required by clients.
- Ability to manage a large and varied client portfolio, actively seeking opportunities for selling new services.
- Experience of dealing directly with HMRC and client senior management.
- Ideal qualifications include CTA and/or ACA.
