Customer Relationship Manager

GOAT Interactive, a leading online gaming company, is seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to oversee our customer relationship strategy across French-speaking markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue-driving CRM marketing campaigns that position our brands as the top betting and casino products in their markets.
Key Responsibilities- Owning the CRM promotional and marketing campaign calendar for assigned countries
- Collaborating with the CRM Director to plan and execute revenue-driving CRM marketing campaigns
- Assisting with promotional design briefs to various departments and ensuring campaigns are fulfilled by relevant teams
- Executing, analyzing, and reporting on campaign effectiveness through various data platforms
- Working with the Business Intelligence team to analyze campaign and customer statistics
- Regularly monitoring country-by-country performance data and devising ad-hoc and automated campaigns to maintain and increase market growth and customer value
- Developing an in-depth understanding of activity from all customer value segments
- Utilizing key data insights to help build new customer segments and ensure customers receive the right communication at the right time
- Working with local teams and the Head of CRM to implement localized customer journeys from acquisition through to early life, retention, and reactivation
- Performing marketing activities for the Premier Bet brand, including copywriting and campaign creation
- Conducting competitor analysis and market development to enable Premier Bet and its associated brands to better the offering of their competitors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French
- Experience in the gambling/gaming industry
- Data-driven with the ability to turn insights into actions and resolutions
- Experience working with CRM platforms/tools
- Experience in forecasting and costing campaign impact
- Experience in implementing CRM campaign automation
- Experience in planning and executing end-to-end campaigns
- Experience implementing campaigns across the full customer lifecycle
- Collaborative with the ability to adapt and work alongside multiple departments
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different localized strategies
- Quality project and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work dynamically and remotely
- Good attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to perform in a hybrid office/home working environment
- Interest in sports, especially football
- Experience in competitor analysis and reporting
- Experience in localizing content for foreign markets (preferably Africa)
