Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any incidents, liaising with the on-call duty manager as necessary.
- Provide porter and housekeeping services, assisting with event setups and maintaining cleanliness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and managing bookings efficiently.
- Support the Day Team when required and facilitate guest orientation within the facility.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you should possess:
- A valid Security Industry Authority Badge.
- Strong customer service and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- GCSEs in English Language and Mathematics.
