About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Returns Operative to join our Warehouse and Logistics team in Tiverton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective completion of allocated warehouse functions, including support of immediate and other warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet customer service levels by completing warehouse functions efficiently
  • Support other teams and carry out duties across the department as directed by area supervisor or Manager
  • Ensure deliveries or order queries are dealt with immediately and are fully investigated, resolved and communicated to appropriate parties
  • Ensure all stocks are correct and maintained to a high standard for both accuracy and movements are recorded accurately
  • Actively participate in functional training; highlight training needs and ensure training is understood to maintain operational efficiency
  • Active participation of LEAN initiatives
Requirements
  • Direct returns team member with a minimum of 1-2 years experience or evidence of high self motivation in a similar field
  • Educated to GCSE level, Good written and verbal communication
