Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management System: Develop and maintain our quality management system, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of ISO9001 standards.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and processed correctly, maintaining accurate records of quality-related activities.
  • Incident Investigation: Investigate and resolve non-conformities, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Change Management: Manage change request forms across the organization, facilitating smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions.
  • Supplier Liaison: Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Warranty Returns: Assist in testing and assessing warranty returns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate detailed reports using Excel to analyze production efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • ISO9001 Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ISO9001 standards and their application in a quality control environment.
  • Technical Background: Proven experience working in an engineering environment, with a strong technical background and a desire to transition into a quality control role.
  • Administrative and Communication Skills: Excellent administration, communication, and computer skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
