Quality Assurance Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Meridian Business Support. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and manage the company's quality management system, drawing upon your in-depth knowledge of ISO9001 conformances.
- Ensure documentation is kept up to date and processed correctly.
- Control the incidents log and investigate non-conformities.
- Managing change request forms throughout the business.
- Create clear, detailed documents and liaise with suppliers when alterations are required.
- Good inward inspection, ensuring items meet specifications and are of the appropriate quality.
- Quarantine Warranty Returns by assisting in the testing and assessing of items returned under warranty, or out of box failure.
- Create detailed reports, for vendors, to improve production efficiency using Excel.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of ISO9001.
- Proven experience of working in an engineering environment, with a technical background but a desire to work in a quality control and compliance role.
- Excellent administration, communication and computer skills.
