Quality Assurance Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Meridian Business Support. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Update and manage the company's quality management system, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of ISO9001 conformances.
* Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date and processed correctly.
* Control the incidents log and investigate non-conformities.
* Manage change request forms throughout the business.
* Create clear, detailed documents and liaise with suppliers when alterations are required.
* Conduct thorough inward inspections to ensure items meet specifications and are of the appropriate quality.
* Quarantine Warranty Returns by assisting in the testing and assessing of items returned under warranty, or out of box failure.
* Develop detailed reports for vendors to improve production efficiency using Excel.

**Requirements:**

* In-depth knowledge of ISO9001.
* Proven experience of working in an engineering environment, with a technical background but a desire to work in a quality control and compliance role.
* Excellent administration, communication, and computer skills.
