Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine a comprehensive framework for evaluating performance marketing spend, optimizing key metrics like CAC, LTV, and ROI.
  • Improve Amazon, Paid Search, and Paid Social channel growth metrics, unlocking and scaling up other channels like LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Affiliates, and more.
  • Drive end-to-end marketing and digital acquisition strategies on a global scale (UK, US, EU, and ROW).
  • Partner with brand, creative, and B2B marketing teams to drive a cohesive marketing strategy.
  • Oversee Ocean Bottle companion app marketing, including strategies for driving installs and in-app engagement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, NPD, Impact, Tech, Ops, Procurement, and wider business leads to identify efficiencies and improve effectiveness in acquisition channels.
  • Analyze, report, and forecast key performance metrics, identifying areas of opportunity to support company growth targets.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in D2C and B2B growth marketing.
  • Highly data literate with experience running paid search, social, and Amazon channels in-house.
  • Global experience, specifically US GTM strategy development.
  • Proven track record of leading successful performance/growth marketing functions and demonstrated significant growth in a turnaround or start-up/scale-up environment.
  • Proven record of managing budgets, leading multi-channel consumer growth strategies.
