Digital Performance Marketing Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Marketing Strategist to lead our global media efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy in accordance with the global marketing strategy
  • Use media to convert interest in the brand into key conversion actions
  • Work with agency partners to create and manage ads across key social and digital platforms
  • Develop timing and budget plans, and identify key milestones required from the strategic response to brief to all key approval stages
  • Approve day-to-day optimisations, channel budget splits, and ensure delivery in line with targets
  • Develop best-in-class reporting for the benefit of the marketing team and for reporting clear and simple performance updates to senior management
  • Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brand's channels and assets

Requirements:

  • Extensive media buying experience, as well as a solid understanding of the media landscape and the mechanics of how different digital media channels work together
  • Highly numerate, analytical, and able to understand financial, market research, and digital data
  • Experience media buying for global brands in an international context is essential
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices on targeting, creative optimisation, automation, and attribution in digital marketing channels
  • Solid skills in at least one of the global marketing platforms we use, such as Google DV360, Google Ads, SA360, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders and multiple projects at any one time, organisational and project management experience is essential
