Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Clarion Housing Group Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading the frontline sales performance for Shared Ownership, Private Sales, and other sales-related products offered by Latimer, the development arm of Clarion Housing Group.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-volume sales of newly built Shared Ownership homes, working at a fast pace and achieving targets.
- Work with both internal and external parties regarding sale-related matters, ensuring a smooth customer journey with high satisfaction levels.
- Represent the sales team and the wider company brand, promoting our products and services to potential customers.
- Manage sales offices on sites, ensuring that all sales-related activities are carried out in a professional and efficient manner.
- Experience in the property sales and marketing process, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the housing market and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
