About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Clarion Housing Group Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading the frontline sales performance for Shared Ownership, Private Sales, and other sales-related products offered by Latimer, the development arm of Clarion Housing Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-volume sales of newly built Shared Ownership homes, working at a fast pace and achieving targets.
  • Work with internal and external parties regarding sale-related matters, ensuring a smooth customer journey with high satisfaction levels.
  • Represent the sales team and the wider company brand, promoting our products and services to potential customers.
  • Travel regularly across the north to sites and external venues as required.
