Sales Executive

Job Description:
At Niche Employment Solutions Limited, we are seeking a skilled Field Sales Executive to join our sales team in the North West London location. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, advising on products, and closing sales deals. Your responsibilities will include conducting field sales visits, presenting and promoting company products/services to prospects, building and maintaining strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals.
Key Qualifications:
Previous Field sales experience with either B2B or B2C
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and manage your schedule
Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
The ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent closing and negotiating skills
Strong objection handling skills
Cold calling skills
A full driving license is required for this role.
