We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as an Autism Support Worker. This role will involve working closely with children with autism, providing individualized support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-to-one support to children with autism, helping them to develop social and emotional skills
  • Supporting students with challenging behaviors, using positive reinforcement techniques to promote positive outcomes
  • Leading small group work and intervention support sessions, tailored to meet the individual needs of each child

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
  • Previous experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other support staff to provide a comprehensive support network for children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues
