Nurse Care Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Appoint Group, a leading provider of healthcare services. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents in a beautiful family-friendly care home located in North Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the care team to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient running of the care home in accordance with company policies and registering authority guidelines.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for our residents.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Provide education and training to care staff on best practices and new developments in nursing care.

Requirements:

  • Valid and clear NMC pin number (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
  • Genuine passion for elderly nursing care
  • Full right to work in the UK
  • Previous care home experience advantageous
