About the Role:
As a Trainee Care Practitioner at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and are looking to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a range of tasks that support the delivery of quality care and support to residents
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide medication, assessments, and care planning
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in regular training sessions to develop new skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience in a care setting
- NVQ level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
- GCSE maths and English grade C or above
