Nurse Care Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Appoint Group. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents in a beautiful family-friendly care home located in North Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the care team to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient running of the care home in accordance with company policies and registering authority guidelines.
- Be responsible and accountable for the well-being of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve the full capabilities of residents.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to residents.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid and clear NMC pin number (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
- Genuine passion for elderly nursing care.
- Full right to work in the UK.
- Previous care home experience advantageous.
