About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Support Analyst to join our UK infrastructure Engineering team. As a key player in the team, you will implement, deploy, and maintain SAP solutions to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line support to end-users, addressing their SAP-related issues and inquiries.
  • Engage with business leaders and associates to launch new and maintain existing projects through the ERP system.
  • Work cross-functionally with the local team and collaborate with other business units internationally.
  • Implement, deploy, and maintain SAP solutions to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
  • Degree (preferable but not required), or equivalent, in a relevant field.
  • Proficient skills in ERP systems, relatable databases, and reporting software such as SAP, Excel, Access, PowerBI, etc.
  • Familiarity with data extraction techniques and strong ability to analyze, accurately assess, and report conclusions.
  • Experience with analytical modeling, statistical analysis, optimization, and/or manipulation of large datasets.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to set and meet deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, being able to communicate optimally and efficiently with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience of working with an Engineering Change Control process.
  • Experience of working with technical documents (bill of materials, drawings, etc.).
  • Project Management and coordination skills or have worked with Project Management software.
