About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Helpdesk Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide support outside of regular working hours.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Valid UK driving license.
