System Support Analyst Opportunity

CommScope is seeking an experienced System Support Analyst to join our UK infrastructure Engineering team based in Malton, North Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will provide front-line support to end-users, addressing their system-related issues and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business leaders and associates to launch new projects and maintain existing ones through the ERP system.
  • Implement, deploy, and maintain systems and solutions to meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient skills in ERP systems, databases, and reporting software such as SAP, Excel, Access, and PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with data extraction techniques and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with project management and coordination skills or working with project management software.
