Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our dedicated team at OneMedical Group. This role requires a professional who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and possesses a strong background in advanced clinical practice.
Key Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (NMC) or HCPC professional/Pharmacist with First Level registration
- MSc or equivalent in Advanced Practice
- Advanced Physical Assessment and Consultation Skills – Level 7
- Minor Illness Management – Level 7
- Non-medical Prescribing Qualification
- At least 3 years of post-level 7 experience in primary or urgent care settings
- Paediatric Course – Level 7 (desirable)
- Proficient in assessing and treating patients with diverse health conditions
- Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels
- Strong organizational abilities
