Job Title: Head of Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing and communications strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global marketing plan that raises awareness of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage budgets and PR agencies to ensure effective use of resources and maximize ROI.
  • Develop and maintain our brand to reflect our values and culture.
  • Support sales personnel with marketing collateral and events to drive sales growth.
  • Utilize analytics to drive website performance and inform marketing decisions.
  • Drive performance marketing across all channels to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee social media, email marketing, and CRM systems to ensure effective use of digital channels.

Requirements:

  • Experience building a b2b marketing strategy with a strong understanding of the travel industry.
  • Experience leading a high-performance marketing team with a proven track record of success.
  • Exposure to building and delivering global campaigns with a strong understanding of international markets.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM, social media, performance, and content marketing with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Experience using web analytics to inform marketing decisions.
