About the Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing and Business Development Specialist to join our client's global head office in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is driving business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be at the forefront of a multifaceted marketing team, driving smart marketing and measurable growth.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing programs, including HubSpot and Cognism, to ensure smooth and impactful campaigns.
  • Develop a deep understanding of marketing data to inform and optimize outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to deliver campaigns that drive success.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Utilize analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio, to measure and optimize marketing performance.
  • Prior experience with paid LinkedIn campaigns is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills are essential.
Requirements
  • At least one year of marketing experience, with a strong understanding of marketing and business development.
  • Experience with a CRM, ideally HubSpot, is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload independently.
  • A curious and analytical mindset, with a passion for data-driven decision making.
