We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Account Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between sales, production, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, handling both repeat and new sales over the phone.
  2. Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Utilize our ERP system for efficient order processing and accurate record-keeping.
  4. Record market information and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  5. Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  6. Address and resolve customer enquiries and issues promptly.
  7. Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Requirements:

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to grow in account management. A third-level qualification and/or a minimum of two years' sales experience is preferred.
