Job Summary:

FPR Group is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for controlling and implementing process change and improvements to our current manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Compile and maintain technical documentation, including process instructions, quality procedures, and training materials.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new product designs and manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in 3D design software and other manufacturing-related tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field preferred.
