Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Matchtech Mobility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet customer requirements, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including inspection reports, quality records, and other relevant documents.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with production teams, quality assurance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality assurance role, preferably in the aerospace or automotive industry.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in quality assurance software and tools.

Desirable

  • Apprenticeship: Previous experience as an apprentice in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the aerospace or automotive industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with company procedures and processes within an organization accredited to ISO, CAA, BSI, or equivalent standards within the manufacturing sector.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary package, including a salary uplift for night shifts.
  • Fixed-Term Contract: A fixed-term contract for 12 months, with opportunities for extension or permanent employment.
  • Working Pattern: A 40-hour working week, Monday to Thursday, with night shifts.
