**Job Title:** Apprentice Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apprentice Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Support: Provide leadership and support to production teams in ensuring that new and existing products meet customer and regulatory quality and safety standards.
  2. Non-Conformance Analysis: Monitor and analyze Non-Conformance data and present at Management review meetings.
  3. Quality Control Systems: Collaborate with Operations Managers to develop and implement quality control systems and process/product improvements.
  4. Continual Professional Development: Maintain Continual Professional Development to keep up with current and developing manufacturing and engineering trends and technologies that concern product quality.

**Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  1. Engineering Discipline: Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
  2. English and Maths: English and Maths GCSE grade 9-4 (A*-C)
  3. Diagnostic/Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent diagnostic/problem-solving skills & ability to perform systematic analysis of written and numeric data.
  4. PC Literacy: PC literate and ability to use software tools.
  5. Technical Manual Interpretation: Interpretation of Technical Manuals and Instructions.
