Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and compliance of our projects, particularly in the civil engineering domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and supervise multi-disciplinary project support teams.
  • Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance standards across all site operations.
  • Manage inspection and production documentation effectively.
  • Conduct regular reviews of production checklists to maintain quality standards.
  • Plan and implement Quality Assurance activities.
  • Review, amend, and create Quality Assurance documentation in accordance with company protocols.
  • Ensure all necessary QA documentation is prepared prior to any excavation or product usage on site.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Management System.
  • Participate in site and SHEQ meetings to discuss quality-related issues.
  • Facilitate and track improvement actions, ensuring timely implementation and closure.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Previous experience in supervising project support teams.
  • Experience in major civil or building works projects.
  • Strong communication skills to convey Quality Assurance requirements effectively.
