A leading Public Sector organisation based in Ballymena is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within Payroll and be able to provide leadership, guidance and drive performance of the Payroll function. Key responsibilities include effectively managing the Payroll Function, managing the delivery of a comprehensive payroll service, and designing and producing Payroll reports and information. The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing the function's plans, leading and managing the work of the staff within the Payroll function, and identifying training needs within the Payroll function.
