- **About you**_
- CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD
- Employee relations experience
- Strong knowledge of NI legislation
- Experience of providing operational HR support
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, complex environment
- **What you’ll do**_
- Support and guide line managers to deliver end-to end HR processes.
- Manage the recruitment life cycle
- Lead engagement initiatives
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures and ensure they are applied consistently
- Payroll administration - assisting payroll with details for weekly payroll
- Plan, organise and deliver training & development for team members.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
