Job Title: Contract Manager - Service Delivery

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of civil engineering and groundworks projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project health, safety, environment, and quality plans.
  • Take ownership of contracts from estimation to completion, ensuring resource requirements are met.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering and groundworks projects, including site clearance, roads, sewers, reinforced concrete, bulk earthmoving, and contaminated ground.
  • Experience in managing drainage, foundations, residential groundworks, and S278 projects.
  • Ability to lead and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
