About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential new customers through outbound sales efforts, leveraging your consultative approach to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Follow up on warm inbound leads, utilizing your sales expertise to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Manage a high volume of sales interactions, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats, to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales success.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating your ability to drive business growth and meet sales objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an outbound B2B sales role, with a strong track record of delivering the full sales cycle and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated, agile, and open to change, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales and business growth.
