About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Controls Lead to join our team at Ecotricity. As a key member of our Performance and Contract Management team, you will play a critical role in enhancing and systemizing our business operations to meet the current and future needs of our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in contract management and performance improvement, with experience in scoping and delivering multi-workstream projects. You will be responsible for assessing current contract management practices, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement consistent KPIs and governance procedures.

As an Operational Controls Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize quality and compliance performance through improved BAU assurance and auditing procedures. You will also support teams in defining and embedding process change to meet new regulations, and upskill managers on how to lead effective governance and use performance metrics to facilitate structured decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, with the ability to articulate the financial impact of operational performance. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
