**Lead Systems Analyst – SAP - Treasury - Damia Group**

We are seeking a skilled Lead Systems Analyst to become a vital part of our team at Damia Group, specifically within our IT Treasury sector. This role involves the design and enhancement of new business applications and information systems, ensuring that organizational requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in SAP Treasury and Risk Management, with additional familiarity in FIS Trax and Quantum being advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop enhancements and new business applications or information systems solutions by integrating technical and business requirements.
  • Act as a technical designer to identify optimal solutions and corresponding technical specifications within the constraints of the environment.
  • Connect business requirements and architectural definitions to technical solutions.
  • Oversee build activities throughout project delivery.
  • Analyze business needs and spearhead the creation of software solutions that address those needs.
  • Create flow charts, business process management (BPM) workflows, and systems diagrams to facilitate problem analysis.
  • Prepare design documentation, ensuring that both functional and technical documentation meet established requirements.
  • Design and document software/solutions in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead necessary testing activities and provide guidance on configuration and coding as required.
  • Ensure that the execution plan remains on schedule and report any significant deviations in budget or timeline.
  • Effectively plan and integrate new products within the existing IT framework.
  • Review, guide, troubleshoot, and resolve contentious issues that arise during implementation.
  • Lead the development of operational procedures and user manuals for seamless transition into routine operations.
  • Facilitate the creation of knowledge databases for technology, solutions, and domain areas.
  • Collaborate with architecture, application services, infrastructure, release management, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in SAP Treasury & Risk Management.
  • Familiarity with SAP FSCM.
  • Experience with SAP modules such as EBS, IC loans, BCM, automated payment runs, in-house cash, and financial instruments like Bonds and Commercial papers.
  • Experience in implementing additional treasury technology solutions (e.g., Netting, FX rate upload, Banking Hub technology, SharePoint, RPA) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP Finance and its integration with PTP.
  • Preferred experience in FIS TRAX and Quantum.
  • Background in S/4 Hana and Central Finance is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of application portfolio, IT strategy, roadmap, and business priorities.
