Damia Group is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to enhance our IT Treasury division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP Treasury and Risk Management, with additional experience in FIS Trax and Quantum considered advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enhancements and new business applications/information systems that integrate technical and business needs.
  • Act as a technical architect to identify optimal solutions and develop corresponding technical specifications.
  • Bridge the gap between business requirements and architectural definitions to create effective technical solutions.
  • Oversee build activities throughout project delivery.
  • Analyze business requirements and spearhead the development of software solutions that fulfill those needs.
  • Create flowcharts, business process management (BPM) workflows, and system diagrams to facilitate problem-solving.
  • Prepare design documentation, ensuring compliance with functional and technical requirements.
  • Document software solutions in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Lead testing initiatives and provide support on configuration and coding as necessary.
  • Monitor execution plans, reporting any significant deviations in budget or timeline.
  • Strategically plan and integrate new products within the existing IT framework.
  • Review, guide, and resolve complex issues that arise during implementation.
  • Develop operating procedures and user manuals for seamless transition into routine operations.
  • Support the creation of knowledge databases related to technology, solutions, and domain expertise.
  • Collaborate with architecture, application services, infrastructure, release management, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in SAP Treasury & Risk Management.
  • Familiarity with SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM).
  • Knowledge of SAP functionalities including EBS, IC loans, BCM, automated payment processes, in-house cash, and financial instruments.
  • Experience with implementing treasury technology solutions such as netting, FX rate uploads, and other banking technologies is a plus.
  • Understanding of SAP Finance and its integration with Procure-to-Pay (PTP).
  • Experience with FIS TRAX and Quantum is preferred.
  • Background in S/4 Hana and Central Finance is advantageous.
  • Strong grasp of application portfolios, IT strategies, and business priorities.
