Internal Communications Program Manager

With the group-wide implementation of the new communications platform approaching its final stages, your focus will be on integrating the platform and equipping communicators to maximize its capabilities.
You will report to the Senior Planning Manager, who in turn reports to the Head of Colleague Content, Campaigns, and Delivery. A forward-thinking mindset is essential, along with the ability to swiftly identify and resolve technical challenges.
Your Responsibilities
Drive and continuously refine the new governance framework and operational methodologies among communication teams and content publishers across Tesco Group, fostering a collaborative community of communications professionals; advising on community management and moderation strategies; and enabling teams to produce consistently high-quality content. Act as the primary liaison with technical teams to ensure ongoing enhancements to the colleague experience on our communications platform, aligning developments with our strategic communication goals. Provide continuous support to content management system publishers, including training on new features as necessary and troubleshooting technical inquiries. Oversee the discontinuation of certain legacy communication channels in collaboration with technical teams. Maintain training resources for publishers and facilitate the upskilling of new team members across Group-wide communications teams.Qualifications Required
Proven expertise in internal communications, with a forward-thinking, organized, and detail-oriented approach. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Adept at identifying issues, managing risks, and balancing multiple priorities. Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and functions. Additionally, a demonstrated history of delivering internal communications through digital channels is advantageous but not mandatory.
