With the completion of the Group-wide rollout approaching, your focus will shift to embedding the platform and equipping communicators to maximize its capabilities.
You will report to the Senior Planning Manager, who in turn reports to the Head of Colleague Content, Campaigns, and Delivery. Your approach will be proactive, while also being responsive to identify and resolve technical challenges.
Your Responsibilities
Drive and enhance the new Governance model and collaboration methods among communication teams and content publishers throughout the Tesco Group, fostering a community of communicators and promoting teamwork; advising on community management and moderation strategies; enabling teams to produce consistently high-quality content, and more. Serve as the primary liaison with technical teams to ensure ongoing improvements to the colleague experience on our communications platform, aligning developments with our strategic communication goals. Provide continuous support to content management system publishers, including training on new features as needed and resolving queries with technical teams. Oversee the discontinuation of certain legacy communication channels in collaboration with technical teams. Maintain training resources for publishers and assist Group-wide communication teams in onboarding new members locally.Qualifications
Proven expertise in internal communications, characterized by a forward-thinking, organized, and detail-oriented mindset. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Adept at identifying issues, managing risks, and balancing multiple priorities. Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and functions. Additionally, a demonstrated history of delivering internal communications through digital channels is advantageous but not mandatory.
