Accounts Assistant Opportunity
Location: HinckleySalary: Up to £26,000 per annum
We are seeking a detail-oriented and numerate individual to join our clients growing finance team in Hinckley. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports, performing reconciliations of bank accounts and supplier statements, and processing invoices, payments, and expense claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and supplier statements
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
- Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry tasks
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end processes
- Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
- Strong numerical and analytic skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
