Job Overview:
Purpose

Provide a high quality secretarial and organisational support service to the Managing Director with day-to-day responsibilities.

Maintain, Manage and update QMS (Quality Management Systems)

Support, action and implement Data & Privacy Policies & ISMS

Offer support to other departments & colleagues within the organisation.

Work towards the Company’s financial targets.

Follow relevant legislation

How

Effective diary management, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.

To coordinate meetings as well as travel and accommodation needs for the Managing Director

Preparation of paperwork for meetings for the Managing Director

Carrying out any relevant research and presenting findings

Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion

Attending SLT meetings, taking minutes and circulating action points.

Manage, update, and communicate the ISO 9001 & 14001 & 27001. Guidance is _currently_ provided by a 3rd party.

Correct non-conformities identified in the Audit/s

Review regular policies and procedures and update accordingly engaging the SLT where appropriate.

Ensure QMS is communicated, understood and operational.

Manage on request other administrative requirements i.e. (IIP, ECOVADIS etc)

Internal audits such as ( ISO 27001) completed before assessment.

Support requests for Data Security Audits

Review suppliers’ data and privacy policies and procedures.

Devise training plans and provide data protection advice to staff members.

Communicate the ISMS

Data Storage Reviews, ensure data is not collected unnecessarily and is routinely deleted in accordance with current guidelines.

Supporting other departments, working within guidelines and policies of these departments.

Support the department's financial objectives.

Monitor & highlight legislation changes, and help implement where necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
