Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Commercial and Contract Management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for our Enterprise Greenfield business in Europe North.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy for the Enterprise Greenfield business in Europe North, including market segment strategy, sales plays, and campaigns.
  2. Lead Sales Team: Manage a high-performing sales team responsible for building net new business in Europe North, including hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
  3. Drive Sales Execution: Own all metrics and goals, including sales forecasting, account strategy, demand generation, and deal strategy development, to drive strong sales execution.
  4. Establish External Communities: Establish and nurture external communities, drive large events, and work with local and regional leaders to implement globally.
  5. Commercial and Contract Negotiation: Leverage strong commercial and contract negotiation experience to drive business growth and revenue.
  6. Leadership and Development: Lead by example, develop and mentor a strong team of sales professionals, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills, with the ability to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus.
