About Selint Aviation - Executive Search

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Commercial and Contract Management. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading group of airlines and contribute to the development of their commercial and contract management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement local and global sourcing strategies for all external spend related activity, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across the operating companies, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring effective communication.
  • Identify and mitigate supplier risk, protecting the operating companies and the Group from financial, operational, and reputational damage.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve commercial and contractual disputes, promoting a culture of transparency and cooperation.
  • Support operating companies in the development and implementation of tier 1 projects, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key interfaces across the Group and operating companies, including line, finance, legal, and other stakeholders.
  • Partner with Senior Leaders and Executives to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives in a fast-paced and agile business environment.
  • Ensure fluency in English and possess strong demonstrable commercial experience, including contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
